Why work with
Aspenwood
Aspenwood is a fast‑growing, Hong Kong–headquartered family office and asset management firm, founded and led by senior bankers and private‑wealth professionals from leading global institutions. We offer ambitious talents the chance to work closely with sophisticated entrepreneurs and families across Greater China, Taiwan, Korea and Singapore, take on real responsibility in a lean, entrepreneurial team, and help shape a platform that is redefining independent wealth management in the region.
Culture & Values
Our culture at Aspenwood is built around professionalism, ownership and long‑term partnership. We work in small, collaborative teams where every voice matters, decisions are data‑driven, and colleagues are encouraged to grow into broader responsibility rather than stay in narrow job boxes. We value humility and integrity as much as technical excellence, and expect our people to act as trusted counterparts to clients and partners, not product salespeople.

Client first
We do what is right for the families we serve, with independence and discretion.

Long‑term mindset We think in decades, not quarters, and build enduring relationships, careers and solutions

Excellence and professionalism
We hold ourselves to institutional standards in analysis, risk management and execution.

Collaboration and respect
We challenge ideas, not people, and maintain a supportive environment where diverse backgrounds are welcomed.

Entrepreneurship and innovation
We embrace change, test new ideas and empower team members to help shape how Aspenwood grows.
